We recently both sofa from furniture village. The staff is so friendly and cooperative and welcoming. They give us there best services.i really wanna say thanks to jordon who help us a lot. He gives us a lot of his time to choose best sofa that we want. He is so good . He shows us the sofa according our budget and best quality. I will highly recommend everyone if u wanna buy sofa then furniture village is best choice. We went so many other places but there services are best.

This rating is for the delivery guys only. Konrad and his partner (sorry forgot his name) were great guys - polite, friendly, informative and respectful.

I won’t be buying from Furniture Village again, communication is really poor, especially from York branch.

Bought a mattress for over £500 and the quality is terrible, will need to buy another one to replace it.
First and last time I will ever buy anything from Furniture Village. What a complete rip off.
Also the delivery staff were very rude to me.
Worst company ever so avoid at all cost.

Steve the sales consultant was good at teasing out what we wanted and giving us suggestions. He was helped my husband who has mobility issues by bring furniture to him to look at.

Easy process of getting a date and time in for delivery. Joe and JT were brilliant, super friendly and they explained everything they were going to do. They constructed the table and chairs really quickly and to a great standard. Thank you both!

Delivery was on time, we were kept well informed. The delivery men were very friendly and polite and very considerate, laying some sheeting down, as it had been raining and taking off their shoes, which was appreciated. Thanks very much to Janson and Abdul.

We had our dining table delivered and assembled by Joe & JT, absolutely brilliant and efficient job. Both were very lovely and answered all questions we had!
