I bought an Aeron from them pre-covid. The delivery was a little slow but ok - it happens. The chair had a fault with the lumbar support, so I contacted them for a replacement via email, no response. I contacted them by phone, no response. I gave up then tried a few months later, they answered the phone, they asked me to email them pictures of the issue..? I had specifically asked for a replacement part to be shipped to me - I didn't expect to have to prove the fault.

Long story short, I was left feeling like they're the type of company that cares a little too much about checking things? I bought a replacement part because I'd rather pay £20 than have a back and forth conversation about lumbar support lol. The reason I bought the chair from them was for the warranty, if I could go back I would've bought a refurb chair on ebay.

Edit: The response to this is a prime example of poor customer skills. Sorry, I got my dates slightly wrong?If G13 chairs asked for the broken part, I would've sent it - but I don't have time to waste proving things to G13 chairs and I don't believe there is a legal requirement for me to do so either?

Either way, absolutely shocking customer service from Tom.

We have just received our new office chairs and are absolutely delighted with them. They look amazing in the different colours we chose and are really comfortable. We couldn't be happier with them.

The chair received was in fantastic condition.
Almost 'as new' in my case. Tried it out in John Lewis before purchasing here. So no complaints there.

Seller communication was non-existence re: dispatch or arrival. But this was a known to me having sight of other reviews!

Ordered on 23 November, missed multiple delivery dates, never responded to a phone call and only 1/3 emails, had to chase through paypal disputes in order to get a refund (pending) over a month later.

I found Tom to be a real pleasure to deal with. Unbeatable price. Chair is perfect so far. Would use G13 again. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend the company. The website was easy to navigate, the chair arrived extremely quickly and was well packaged and was in excellent condition. Such a bargain compared to buying new and much better for the environment. A great buy!

Contacted them via Gumtree and bought a Herman Miller Aeron chair from their website. Took advantage of a Black Friday free next day delivery offer.

Chair was in fantastic condition and Tom and the team were really easy to contact both before and after the sale.
