Needed a comfortable chair for home working, saw this company ad on Facebook.

Chair arrived in good time and looks like new.

Good communication from the guy I spoke to regarding more information and delivery.

Ordered Thursday evening & arrived today, the following Tuesday. Well packaged and, so far, seems to be a good chair. Condition was good, the only let down was it's being a bit dusty and having a slight overspray on the wheels from it's refurb'. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Excellent chairs at affordable prices. Tom admitted he was overrun with work the first time I ordered and apologized for the delay. He offered me a 50% discount for my next order which was more than fair and they got delivered in good time the second time around after some back and forth communication.

Because of the initial delay, I thought it could be a scam but tom was genuine and honest, he wears his heart on his sleeve which is refreshing in this day and age and if you don't mind that, then he'll offer you an excellent service. Would recommend!

We needed 3 office chairs and rather than getting something cheap for our team we decided to get some quality ones.
After a recommendation from a friend we contacted G13 for advice. We purchased the chairs and then a few days later they were delivered. They were built ready to use and now we have a very happy team in the office.

Working from home 5 days a week meant my cheap office chair that used to be ok once a week, was now causing me back pain.

At work we have expensive orthopaedic office chairs , so decided to treat myself, but wasn’t going to pay huge retail price !

Googled “humanscale” as it was a brand I recognised, and lucky enough to come across G13 website. The positive consistent trust pilot reviews convinced me that I could buy a good condition slightly used chair at a fraction of RRP.

I bought a full leather humanscale “Liberty” at just £259, apparently a £900 chair !

Postage was free, and I had it within a week. Well wrapped , and didn’t even need tools to assemble the base to the seat.

Amazing condition with the merest hint that it had been used .

Definitely recommend.

I posted the below review 2 months ago. Within 15 minutes I had Tom, messaging and asking me to take it the review down, apologising, and saying he would have a chair ready the following week.
Well, 2 months later and still no chair. So here’s the review once again.

Extremely unprofessional ‘company’ to buy from.

Agreed on an exchange for a chair I bought rather than a refund which was suggested by Tom.
6 months later and I’m still waiting. 

Constantly having to chase Tom for updates and just get voicemail or texts saying he’s busy. And now just doesn’t even reply.

Very quick to take your money. Not so much in after sales and upholding their warranty conditions which are on their website. 

If you’re looking at reviews to decide whether to buy from here. Just look at the amount of negative reviews this place has, and then buy from somewhere else.

Needing an office chair we’d looked around and I found this chair. When I looked elsewhere the same chair was much more expensive. Even though it says reconditioned when the chair arrived it looked brand new and it’s much better than we’d hoped. There wasn’t much communication regarding delivery but it arrived within a few days. Highly recommended and five stars from me.

When reading reviews on G13 Group just check the number of reviews submitted by the reviewer - you will notice there is a tendency for good scores to be from reviewers with only 1 review - STRANGE THAT and they do occur a few days after a bad review with postives that contradict the previous review complaint
