Happy to recommend this company. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron via an ad on Gumtree. The chair was delivered next day by Tom, who kept me updated as to ETA, and ensured I was able to accept an earlier delivery time. The chair itself was in excellent refurbished condition and as advertised. A very happy customer, thanks Tom.

I had to raise a chargeback request with my credit card to get a refund for a chair I returned.

Found on fb marketplace. Quick responses and was able to deliver the next day. Chair is great quality. Highly recommend

I received my refurbished humanscale task chair yesterday, a great friendly service from Tom, prompt delivery within 24 hrs and on time. I’m happy with my purchase, back to working from home tomorrow so chance to try it out!

I put through an order for a chair, cancelled it 1 day later and guess what still shows up at my door after a week? The chair that I had “cancelled”. What proceeded was a month of me being lied to over email by this “Tom” and multiple promised collections and refunds that never came through to which he then just ignored my emails. For me to finally get my refund 2 and a half months later I had to get PayPal and my banks Fraud Department involved, not only that but I had to pay out of my own pocket to send them back the chair. I suggest everyone save their hard earned money and time and take their business elsewhere.

Quick delivery and very fast to respond. Very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Will be coming again to buy more chairs and will be recommending their business to all the people I know.

Chair was delivered next day in mint condition for a very reasonable price. Tom couldn't have been more accommodating. Definitely recommend!

First time I've used G13 but it won't be my last, their quality and low price chair was amazing value.
The pre-owned office chair arrived at the date and time given and in as new condition.
They thoroughly deserve the 5* I've given them.

Currently, in talks with the company in resolving an issue that's arisen with the chair I purchased, hopefully, issue will be resolved

Delivery updates could be improved but the chair was great quality and the price is unbeatable, believe me I've searched.

Still haven't received order made over 2 weeks ago. They asked me for a review now. Chased multiple times as no delivery expectation set. Phone line is always busy and eventually an email reply that they ran out of boxes (with still no expectation set when delivery will happen)

UPDATE: Now coming up to 3 weeks and no word since just asking me to take down the review. No tracking. Assume this is a scam. BEWARE. Likely fake reviews. Now having to go through process to get money back.

Fantastic Herman Miller Aeron chair. Great Condition. Great price. Delivered in 10 days. Would certainly buy from again now I have the chair.
Negatives.
Purchase confirmation came through from Gmail after purchase with no delivery expectations.
Sent three emails two days apart and left numerous voicemails asking for a rough delivery date and for tracking information but only got one email reply to the above saying "Delivery time is around 7 days"
No tracking number provided by email. Received a text from a delivery company 2 hours before they delivered but with no mention of the fact it was the chair.

Giving 5 stars as I wanted a Herman Miller Aeron chair at a good price and I got one in great condition in 10 days. (7 working days in fairness) If you want better communication, use a larger company and pay more as a result. If you are happy to wait a bit and get a great price in a time of social distancing then use G13.

Great condition Herman Miller Aeron. So much more comfy than my previous chair and can feel the difference immediately.

Communication was slow in terms of delivery but once Tom got back to me he gave me a date for delivery and delivered on schedule. Would recommend G13 if you need a decent premium chair at a good price.

I asked how much it would take for delivery. Tom said 7 days. 2 weeks have passed and he still has yet to send the tracking information. At this point I don't even know if I will ever get the chair. Maybe they just scammed me of $600.

Either way avoid this company if you value your time and money.

PD: He cancelled the order and is refusing to refund my money. THIS IS 100% A SCAM. I'm claiming my money back through Paypal but this scammer is still lying in the opened case.

Ordered an Aeron, and immediately received a confirmation email, thought it came via a generic gmail account and didn't really outline the next steps, or delivery timeframe.

10 days later, a Monday, I chased up via the number associated with the north office. The call went directly to answer phone-- I tried repeatedly over the next ~15 mins, before giving up, a little concerned now.

5 minutes later, I got a call back from the same number, and the guy I spoke to (Tom I assume) explained there had been a delay of a couple of days last week with his supplier, and let me know I would get a message detailing tracking status once the item had been shipped-- which should be Wednesday.

In the end, we got the tracking info, and the chair on the Thursday, well packaged and in fine working order.

I assume it's a relatively small operation, but they delivered, and should I need another chair in the future, I'll absolutely use them again.
