Wow, i dont know where to start...Galaxy Stores are an absolute disgrace. I have never written a review before but this time i have to, so to cut a very long story short...........
I ordered my piece of furniture on the 02 Feb 2015 with Galaxy Stores stating max 7 day delivery time. I was notified it was out of stock on the 10 Feb 2015 until the first week of March. On the 23 Feb they said my furniture was with the couriers GREAT NOT. Fooilshly i waited to the 09 March to quiery wheres my order and Galaxy replying with the courier, up until the 27 March i was emailing them asking wheres my piece of furniture with either no reply or sorry for the delay its with the courier. By the 3rd of April I emailed asking for a full refund as the furniture has still not arrived but with no reply, I have sent at least 5 more emails saying to cancel the order for a full refund with the last email on the 20 April but have heard nothing back from them since the 27 March. They have had my £360 for 11 weeks now and will not get back to me or refund the money owed to me. I wish i had read other reviews before buying from GALAXY STORES. If you want hassle free online buyiny take my tip and stay well clear. Also if anyone is reading this could you please put me in the right direction as how to get my money back as they have £360 of mine and just wont aknowledge my cancellation or refund me. Cheers.....
Excellent service, no phone but great email customer service

Shame 1 star is minimum
Wow.. where to start. Take your Money, then you are in for one hell of a ride!. never inform you of the where about of your product is. Said was with the delivery company, phoned the delivery company, said they don't know nothing about it to then be told that it happens all the time and it's always a problem for them.
This is a one man show, who clearly does not care about customer service.
Never received the product we ordered, had to threaten with legal action to simply get a refund.
5 weeks it took, with lots of emails to and throw where they just don't listen to what you are requesting and simply get a standard reply " we are processing"
AVOID AT ALL COSTS>> PAY THAT EXTRA JUST TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR GOODS!!

Unbelievably bad experience
I found the perfect garden table and chairs on this site at a great price so I ordered them. It went downhill from there.
After I'd placed my order I noticed that there were two listings for the set, both of which appeared identical, but one was more expensive. Thinking this might be because one included cushions and parasol and the other didn't (this wasn't clear at all), I emailed asking for clarification.
A few days later I received a reply including two links. One to the set I had ordered, and one to the same set but the four seater rather than six seater version. The email asked which I was interested in ordering. Now I'd already included my order number on the original email so it was clear that I'd already placed my order (this was clear from the wording in my email too). Interestingly, the prices on the set had at this point increased by £150!
I emailed back telling them that I'd already ordered, as per my order number, and I just wanted to know if it included the cushions etc. No reply. I send another email asking them to please get back to me and a) answer the question and b) please advise me re when I could expect my delivery.
A while later I get a reply. This time with four links. Yep you guessed it, again linking to the four seater and the six seater asking which I am interested in. It's quite clear that they hadn't read and/or understood my email at all and at this point I don't care about the cushions, I just want what I bleeding well paid for.
I email back with a copy of my order confirmation telling them again that I have already ordered the six seater, as per the confirmation, and can they just please tell me when I can expect delivery. Nothing.
Until this morning. I just received an email with a refund confirmation. And no, I didn't ask for a refund. I have no idea why I got a refund. All I want is what I ordered. Of course I can't ring them, they have no phone number. Oh, and the live chat facility they advertise? It doesn't exist.
I have emailed back telling them that I don't want the refund, I want what I ordered. Next stop: Trading standards.
Update 1st April:
since my email telling them that I just wanted what I ordered and not a refund I have not had a reply. This despite me sending emails each and every day asking for a reply / explanation. Nothing. Zip. Nada. That's a lot of emails they are plainly just ignoring.
Interesting that they reply to this review saying they are sorry and please contact customer services if I need any further assistance. (See below).
How am I supposed to do this when they ignore ALL emails? Carrier pigeon?

Incredibly poor and dissappointing experience with Galaxy Stores
Prior to ordering our sofa, Galaxy stores' email customer service was responsive and speedy. As soon as I had made payment for the sofa everything went dramatically downhill. Brief details below so you get an idea of where they fall incredibly short of good customer service and product delivery.
- I was promised the goods would be delivered within 48 hours of ordering. I heard nothing and so after far more than 48 hours I had to chase them to get a delivery date for our sofa.
- I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Waited all Saturday to receive nothing.
- I was told it would then arrive on Monday before 10am. It finally turned up at 1pm.
- It was promised flat packed in two boxes. Instead it was pre-assembled in one big box. I (a female) was expected to haul the entire box on my own into our flat.
- Due to it being pre-assembled (which I was promised it was not) it no longer fits the dimensions required to get it into the flat.
- I have emailed now on several occasions and heard nothing back.
- They have not apologised once for the poor delivery, incorrect information about the product, and lack of response.
-There is no number to contact them on so I am left fairly helpless.
I really would not recommend anyone buying anything from Galaxy Stores. I could be wrong, but if my experience is anything to go by I just would not advise it.
Very poor customer service and damaged goods delivered
We ordered a CD cabinet from Galaxy Stores which took four weeks to be delivered. When we opened the packaging the CD cabinet was damaged and it took a further six weeks to have it collected and taken away. On opening the packaging the CD cabinet was damaged. I immediately contacted Galaxy Stores. A customer support person replied the next day and asked whether it could be repaired. I said no 'it's a brand new CD cabinet' I would like a replacement for it. The next day I contacted them to say that I wanted my money back as according to the paperwork the CD cabinet had passed quality control so I didn't have confidence in a replacement not having damage to it. I mentioned at the time the Sale of Goods Act as this covers items not being fit for the purpose intended. The same customer support person agreed to arrange collection for the following week. After a few days I sent another email to Galaxy Stores asking for an update on the collection. This time a different customer support person replied and told me that a replacement CD cabinet was being organised for the end of the following week. I told him that I was not having a replacement and that I had agreed with a colleague of his to have the CD cabinet collected and my money reimbursed. Another week passed with no communication from Galaxy Stores. I sent them a final email saying that if I didn't hear back from them in four days time I was going to contact my credit card company and trading standards. I received no reply to my email as usual with the exception of the automated email that I received every time I sent them an email saying that my email had been received and would be dealt with shortly. I contacted my credit card company, provided them with all the communication that I'd had with Galaxy Stores and photographs of the damage. The credit card company's disputes department agreed with me and credited my card back. A month later out of the blue I received an email saying that my replacement CD cabinet would be delivered in the next few days. When the delivery man turned up my wife told him that it was collection only and he agreed to sign and print his name before collecting the CD cabinet.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
After ordering and paying for a bed through Galaxy Stores, I received a dispatch notification a few days later... Great I thought, but sadly nothing arrived! I contacted their 'customer services' dept and was told that it was dispatched but they refused to give me a tracking number to chase it down with the courier company. Something didn't seem right so I called the courier company myself to be informed that they had received nothing from Galaxy stores. After confronting this company, I was told it hadn't in fact been dispatched and it would be done so that day... I proceeded to cancel my order due to the fact I had been lied to and the 1-2 days stated delivery was well past!
The next weeks worth of emails went like this....
DAY 1- I want my order cancelled and an immediate refund please!
We're dispatching the bed today
I don't want the bed, I want it cancelled and my money back!
DAY 2- We're dispatching the bed today
I don't want the bed! I want it cancelled!!
I'm sorry to hear that, we will sort this for you
DAY 3- We would like to rectify this with a discount off your purchase.
No thank you, I've already cancelled my order and I want a full refund!
Sorry to hear this, I shall sort it for you.
DAY 4- The bed is due for dispatch today.
I don't want the bed today or any other day!!! It has been CANCELLED!!!
I shall have to do further investigations and get back to you
What further investigations!?!
The bed has been dispatched
*(calls courier company... They have still not received said bed)
Once again, it is NOT with the courier company... I want the order cancelled and a full refund immediately!!
DAY 5- Have you ordered a bed from elsewhere?
I have made other arrangements and STILL haven't received a refund!
I will get this sorted for you
DAY 6- I have spoken to my colleague and we would like to offer you a £15 discount and a £10 voucher for any further purchases from Galaxy Stores!
*Refrains from telling them where they could ram their vouchers* I have CANCELLED the order and I am still waiting for a full refund!!
Anyway.... It continued until trading standards stepped in on my behalf. I did finally receive my refund, but I have never encountered a more unprofessional, time wasting and downright lying company!! Please, for your own sanity, STEER CLEAR!!!!

4 weeks later still waiting ! Do Not Bother
I ordered a table and a cabinet from the company. The table came 2 days later but no sign of the cabinet and 4 weeks later after multiple emails and promises my order was arriving, the courier company have emailed saying the product has not been released by Galaxy stores after Joshua at the company had promised it was a courier issue. I have now asked for that order to be cancelled and a refund to be processed. Reading other reviews I'm fretting that that isn't going to happen. Do not use this company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You appear to get a good response but the emails are generic and it seems everyone gets the same responses ! Now I'm out of pocket with no sign of money coming back anytime soon . What's the next step in ensuring I get a refund ?

Worst experience ever!
I ordered some furniture on 5th Feb based on delivery timescale promises - I could have got the same prices at a number of other online store. However when the item had not arrived after 5 days I chased, only to be advised that the item had not been sent and would be sent for delivery for the following Tuesday. After taking time off work the delivery did not turn up.
As contact could only be made via email, I sent in for an update and shipping information. The responses I received contradicted each other by stating different carriers and they could not provide a shipping consignment/tracking number.
At this stage I requested a refund only to be promised the item would be delivered yesterday. Another day off work and another on show. I contact them twice in the afternoon , in the last communication I requested a full refund but have been presented with silence.
The irony is that they took minutes to confirm they had taken the money from my account but cannot deliver an item after almost one month.
I will be contacting my bank to get the monies back and warn everyone else from dealing with this organisation.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
I received my bed in such bad condition and when i wanted to get hold of someone to discuss a replacement their online form doesn't work - just says try again later and there is no phone line or "online chat" even though they claim to have one. So distraught there is no now i can get hold of to discuss my issue. what a complete waste of money!! don't use this company!!

Disappointed
I ordered some stepping stones on 8th Feb approx £126.It said in stock delivery 1-5 days .Now 25th Feb and I am still waiting. My e-mails are answered with no definite information and my request for a refund was ignored.Reading other reviews it seems a bank chargeback may be my only option.
This is my first bad experience of online shopping and it teaches me to check out companies with care before ordering. 11thMarch-I am now able to update this review as I received a refund yesterday without having to resort to the bank chargeback option. It was not a good experience overall but I will upgrade Galaxy Stores from 1 star to 2 stars as my issue is resolved.

** AVOID! ** NO REFUND AND ENDLESS POLITE ROBOTIC EMAILS
I purchased some Christmas lights from Galaxy Stores before Christmas 2013, they did not deliver them to me until January 2014! So I had no choice but to put them in my loft until the next Christmas.
When I put them in the ground they intermittently didn’t work and were worse after rain, and where so flimsy they blew over in the slightest of winds. Completely not fit for purpose.
I contacted Galaxy Stores immediately, and they said they would collect them…. Then after chasing this collection they said I would need to return them myself!
I sent them back recorded delivery, paid £12.98 for the privilege.
I originally paid via PayPal, and I am still waiting for a refund! :(
Firstly they told me they hadn’t received them back from me, but when I give them the tracking number they suddenly found them…
Then tell me I am being refunded… after chasing they say they need my bank/card details as they no longer have a PayPal account! I give them all this information… then after chasing them again! they tell me they’ve done a ‘manual’ refund via PayPal?
So many emails have passed between us now, I’ve lost track…..all I get is “have you checked with PayPal?” “We’ve sorted it” “have you spoken to PayPal , you now need to deal with them”
They haven't refunded my PAYPAL account whatsoever!, that I knew before I even contacted them...they have no clue what "its sorted" and "done a manual payment" means either...
This has gone on too long now. Any competent company would have refunded me a month ago without this hassle.
It’s extremely poor customer services, when they do not have a phone number you can ring, and they do not call me back on request either, but all they do is ignore my questions on email, like the important ones.....why have you taken my bank and credit card numbers? Can I have confirmation of the refund you claim to have done?
I sent these lights back in good faith, and now it’s become very stressful
All I want is my refund of £50.00 ( plus return postage of £12.98!)
DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHATSOEVER!
Now in the hands of TRADING STANDARDS

Please confirm receipt of this. Also confirm when you will collect the damaged cabinet.

Please can you advise on my comment below?
I do like the cabinet so if you have another one and it can be delivered satisfactorily I will accept that, if you do have another one is there any movement on price due to the immense inconvenience?
Also what is the earliest time in the day or latest time in the day uplift can happen so I can organise my day and advise a date.

Thank you very much for your email and we can only apologise for the delays in getting your order to you.#
We can also only apologise that you have now discovered the item is broken. We agree that the service you have received is terrible and not the standard which we aim to offer our customers.
We can of course arrange uplift of the item from yourself at zero cost to yourself, would it be possible to send me over a quick photo of the damaged parts at all. Also when would be best for yourself for us to arrange the uplift?
Again, we can only apologise for the poor service you have received and we look forward to hearing from you by reply.

Good Afternoon
UK Mail - 40773400002773
Galaxy stores - 100030684
I received my blackened silver cabinet on Wednesday 14 January after a lot of toing and froing between myself and UK Mail who provided the worst customer experience I have ever had to endure. I opened the parcel yesterday to find it broken. As a consumer I am absolutely horrified at the state the product arrived after I called UK Mail several times about the timing for delivery.
Originally the package was due for delivery on Tuesday 6 January and I was emailed on Monday 5 January to advise it would be delivered between 16:21 and 17:21 so I called in the morning to advise UK Mail to deliver the package at no 47 as I would not be home but my neighbour would take delivery. I also left my mobile number with the customer service representative to ensure that the driver was clear as to where to deliver the parcel. At 4pm I called again as I had not heard anything and was advised by UK Mail again that the parcel had not been delivered but it was at the drivers discretion as to whether or not they call as they have personal mobile only – which is fine. I also advised UK Mail in the same conversation that my husband would be home to take delivery so the driver can go to no 45 or 47. I then called my husband to ensure he would remain home – he advised he was home and there was a delivery missed card and they would attempt delivery the next day. After spending considerable time trying to organise this I was absolutely infuriated; that after careful planning on my part UK Mail were still unable to deliver on the time that UK Mail had stated and I had ensured someone would be home in that one hour specified to take delivery. I called UK Mail and was advised that someone would call me back – someone called again in the evening at 6:45 pm ish and in no uncertain terms I advised the representative from UK Mail that I was not going to contact the retailer to have a Saturday delivery as I would not be home the next day on Wednesday to take delivery and that I would like a Saturday delivery and would not be paying for it. I was promised a phone call on Wednesday and the representative told me he would put in a request with the depot. I did not have time to chase this up again as I have a very busy department and sites to manage. I called this week on Monday to say I would collect it and UK Mail decided to try and deliver again on Tuesday 13 – another card was left which stated they would deliver again on Wednesday between 08:30 and 09:30 and I received an email to say delivery would be between 20:30 and 21:30!!!! My husband stayed home Wednesday morning and delivery finally happened – I opened the package last night to find my cabinet broken!!!!
I have tried to be patient about this but to be honest I am past livid right now.
As for Galaxy - the amount of times I tried your ‘online chat’ service is countless and the number of times you did not respond to my messages is also countless.
I would like UK Mail to collect the parcel FREE OF CHARGE and deliver it back to the retailer Galaxy Stores, I would like a full refund and needless to say I will never be using either of your services again.
If any of my customers received a service like yours I would resign, customer is key.
I look forward to a coherent response from both.

Very poor customer service
I ordered an arbour in 10 February. On 16th I contacted the company to find out when I could expect delivery and was told the item would be despatched to us the following day.I was informed the item had been shipped out.
emailed again on 19th. Reply from Joshua as follows: 'I have looked into this for you and can see that this was slightly delayed being dispatched and I am very sorry for that, I can see that you were notified on the 16th of this being dispatched to you and this product does have a delivery time of up to 7 working days from this time, I do apologise again for the delay but the couriers will be working to get in touch with you to have you fully resolved early next week,'
I replied that I was disappointed with the service as I had workmen on site who were waiting to make up the arbour. Could he assure me that it would be delivered by Wednesday next week.
I then had a phone call from [Name] who informed me that the item had not been dispatched as I lived in Scotland and had to pay an excess charge of £34.00. I had not been aware of this and it hadn't come up when I ordered on line or in any conversation with their customer services department. I expressed my surprise and asked if the item could be guaranteed for delivery by next Wednesday. [Name] said he would phone the delivery company and get back to me within 5 minutes.
This email then arrived. 'Thank you very much for your email and we can only apologise for the delay in getting your order out to you.
Following our phone conversation, I have spoken to our supplier who has advised delivery could now be up to 3 weeks. As we know you need this by next week we have refunded you in full today.
Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for these delays.
Kind regards,

Absolutely Terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Worst service I have ever received from start to finish.
Ordered a product on 8/1/15 with a delivery time of 1-2 working days which was why we chose to buy with them as we have just moved into our first home and needed somewhere to store our clothes quite urgently. 3 weeks later still nothing and after various unhelpful conversations with their "Customer Service" team I was given a delivery date and was told they would contact the courier on the day to get a delivery slot for me due to me working, I was then told late afternoon after chasing them again, that it would be delivered soon and so I left work early to find a card telling me they had tried to deliver an hour earlier! I then liaised with the courier service themselves (DX) who were very helpful and got the wardrobe to me as soon as they could.
The product on opening was damaged and after having enough of the experience requested a refund. I was then told (after the "customer service team" trying to convince me to have a replacement panel rather than refund me) that it would be collected today and that my email and number would be passed to the courier for them to contact me with a timeslot. It is now 7pm and have not received anything and still have a wardrobe clogging up my spare room.
They are a rude company, have very poor communication skills, they have supplied a damaged product and they are, in my eyes, reluctant to process refunds hence this going on.
I had numerous unhelpful conversations (only ever online as they do not provide a contact telephone number) the worst one being when I was trying to enquire as to when it would be getting delivered and Joshua at customer services basically implied I was pestering!
I wish I had read these reviews beforehand as I would never have ordered from them and I really advise anyone reading this not to either.
I have kept email trails and transcript of all online conversations as I will be reporting them to trading standards if this is not sorted!
This is the first time I have ever written a review on a company in a negative manner and I hope I never have to again.

Item bought..was never going to be delivered!!
I bought an item That stated it would take 1-3 days delivery and was in stock. This was for my 1 YEAR OLD (may I add)... Upon completing payment I checked my order status which had changed to 'back order' I then emailed them to ask why they now didn't have any in stock to which I had a reply saying ...'sorry for the confusion' to cut a long story short when I then said I wanted to cancel it because I didn't want to wait it was back in stock and they said it would be sent out by UPS today. Today I recieved a email to say it was with the courier but no tracking reference... I questioned why there was no reference and they replied saying 'they don't provide any because it was a short delivery and the courier would ring me for a time slot'...(I've never heard anything like this before) I then rang UPS directly and they assured me there was no delivery to my address and that they ALWAYS provide tracking references for customers as soon as the service is booked. I have spoken to trading standards over this matter and continue to do so ..I don't understand how anyone can do this to people let alone sell things that are meant to be for baby's and children..it's sickening!!! I now know my son is not going to get his bed and I'm currently waiting for a response after asking for a full refund. I will post an update if I get a resolution

Seemed like good service until attempted return of damaged goods
My initial impressions of Galaxy Stores was actually pretty good, I had ordered a TV unit for about £600, they took payment but then informed me they didn't actually have the item in stock, long story short I ordered in Oct and received the item in January, they even gave me a 30 quid discount when a rival store had the item cheaper during this time.
The initial issue was that the TV unit had arrived damaged and I immediately sent Galaxy Stores an email and provided pictures, they offered a 100 quid discount but I decided I'd rather return the item for a refund, no problem they said and apparently arranged for a courier and provided documentation and pick up time, no one showed. Over the course of a large number of e-mails and awaiting for pick up, no one turned up, then Galaxy stores stopped answering my emails, the initial return was requested was 3 weeks ago.
Having read some reviews on-line about similar issues regarding returns and refunds I offered them 1 more week to pick up the goods and offer a refund before I started to start to take this further i.e. contacting my bank and potential Trading Standards, this too had been ignored.
I am still hoping they will respond, perhaps to this review and arrange pick up and offer me a full refund as is part of their 100% money back guarantee on their website.
With no telephone number listed or recent contact via e-mail I am very concerned about my outstanding return and refund
Update: Credit card firm have ruled in my favour and instigated a charge back based on the evidence, item has not been picked up even with 2 DX deliveries apparently scheduled and another(!) set up for Friday...............perhaps they will now magically appear now that i've been refunded? This has been a truly horrible experience but hopefully one with a happy ending, though I now don't know what to do with the damaged item if they don't pick it up?

Took money but have no apparent intent to deliver goods
I share the same experience of many others with this company, and also regret not reading review sites before purchasing as I made the mistake of thinking them an honourable company. My first experience of blatant selling without intent to deliver.
I ordered a garden roller on 26 DEC 2014. Only £60 but it's the principle that erks here. At that time, as is still the case, it was indicated as in stock and 1-2 delivery. After leaving them for a few weeks and receiving all my other orders placed around the time, I contacted them to find out what was going on. They do not reply to emails, only to online chat when you catch them unawares. They [Name] said that they were awaiting a shipment and would be into stock in about 10 days. I dutifully waited the 10 days, no delivery. In spite of follow on online chats and emails, no one has responded to my requests for refund, in spite of their website saying 100% guaranteed refund. From what I can see, they have absolutely no intent to honour the contract they made with me on taking the order, nor of delivery.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!! You have limited chance of ever seeing the goods.

Avoid Purchasing From Here.
Wish I had read other reviews before purchasing the following 2 orders from Galaxy Stores:
Order 100031804 (placed on 27 January 2015)Verona Rustic Solid Oak Open Tall Bookcase and Order 100031805 (placed on 27 January 2015)Verona Rustic Oak Low Unit.
The website looks professional, the price of goods reasonable; with next day free delivery.
Ordered online - all went smoothly - instant emails confirming orders. Next day, emails received confirming despatch - excellent I thought - so simple. Great service.
However...numerous emails have been sent back and forth with Galaxy Stores since then, 3 different dates provided for delivery, where I have sat in waiting, with nothing arriving.
I have requested the despatch tracking number - nothing provided, but promises of delivery continued.
After 2 delivery dates passed, I was actually told that the items were still in the warehouse, (Still in the warehouse?? How have I been given 2 delivery dates?).
I was then told the items have now been picked up and will be with me today - Nothing has arrived.
I have just emailed a cancellation of orders, and now await my refund so that I can go shopping elsewhere.
Seeing other reviews here, and on other sites - I can see myself having difficulty getting a refund from them - though I hope to be proved wrong and faith in this company restored.
If they do have simple stock level issues, and if they could confirm that I would have to wait X number of weeks from the beginning, then that would have been fine - but I have been strung along promised delivery day after delivery day - to be told the goods are still in the warehouse days later.
The emails from Galaxy Stores have always been polite - but politeness has not got my furniture delivered.
At present, my advice would be to avoid ordering from the store, until they can sort out providing correct delivery times for goods they are selling.
Awaiting a refund - I will be back to let you all know how I get on with that.
**Update on 17/02.
My request for a refund was ignored and instead I was given a 4th delivery date - a week later! Everything in my email ignored.
Following this, I called my bank and raised a chargeback request and mailed Galaxystores to let them know. Following this, a reply came back advising a refund request had now been raised along with a question asking if I had really raised a chargeback request. This was Friday 13th.
Today, another email has dropped into my mailbox, advising that the refund has actually been processed today. I wait and see.
I have left my cashback request processing through with my bank on their advice, and will do so until I get the funds back that GalaxyStores owe me.
Hopefully I will have some good news to add toward the end of the week and the refund I have been promised today has actually been carried out.
**Update 20/02
Good news, a refund has finally come back to my account from Galaxystores after confirming to them a chargeback request was raised with my bank.
I can now put this horrible experience to bed.
The website is well built and easy to use, the offers are good, prices on the site fair, emails always responded to and polite. Just a massive shame we were let down again, and again with delivery - with DX couriers being blamed each time. (If they are so bad, why do they not change courier?!) Then it was an effort, and a chargeback request raised - finally a refund was acknowledged and my monies returned.
Looking at reviews, (some of which I take with a large bucket of salt); I would say; if they have your goods in stock; then they pretty much deliver what they say - However, sadly, if they are not in stock and/or you want a refund - the difficulties begin and you may be battling to get any straight answer and a refund.

Do not buy from them
Ordered a piece of furniture 5 months ago, still not arrived. They have taken my money and have promised delivery several times (6 in total) and still i have nothing.
I have emailed and web chated with staff several times and they all say the same "it will be with you next week" then surprise... it doesnt come.
I have transcript of chats between myself and the company and now plan on taking this matter to the financial ombudsman as they now will not reply to my emails. I simply wnat my furniture or a full refund... NOT DIFFICULT
