Looking to buy trainers seen on rack at doorway on 19/2. Went upstairs, young fellow with glasses (no name on receipt but no.006? & purchase @ 10.16) cdnt have been more helpful -happy to help, jovial, polite, no rushing me yet no time wasting, a perfect example of staff being there to help the customer.
If you have awards for your staff he should def get one!

I bought a water-proof pair of 👞 but noticed it opened from the front & rain started to get in wetting my socks. I passed by the shop & had some free time so went in to enquire. I was met by Adam. He checked my purchase and advised due to a fault in the shoes I can have an exchange. He helped me find a new pair & was very patient and helped me until I found a pair I liked. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. I love my new shoes which is as nice as my old one. Thanks a lot Adam

After walking out of the Bootle store in Liverpool earlier in the day due to really poor customer service, it was an absolute delight to meet Chris in Birkenhead. He was so friendly and helpful, his customer service was outstanding and he went above & beyond checking stock at other stores and giving us plenty of advice on products.

Great service from Jack, and then Chris... each in their own style.
Jack quietly and unobtrusively followed us up the stairs whilst we looked at footwear, and when we needed his help he was quick, attentive and polite.
We then went to the till, and despite not having our member card with us, Chris found us online quickly, and proceeded to serve us in a friendly and efficient manner.
Well done to both.. we would fully recommend shopping here!

I had reason to return a jacket which was unsuitable for me bought as a gift.i was served by your Assistant ADAM.
