Staff are always helpful and happy to offer advice. Store is well stocked and has lots of options for every budget. Thanks to May and Chriss for the help.

Today I was looking for a waterproof walking jacket. Go outdoors had a good selection of styles, sizes, colours and prices.
Danielle helped me choose the one best suited to my needs.
Very happy with purchase.

Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgable in the shoe department. She assisted me to find hiking boots that fit my feet perfectly and gave me tips on how to lace them up in a better way for me. Very impressed and grateful to Susan in the Clydebank store!!

I joined and got a membership for £5 it lasts a year . I went into the store for tent pegs I couldn’t believe the membership prices to the regular prices . They’re were some amazing bargains . If I wasn’t going camping I would have stayed in the store and bought some ladies clothing. I’ll be definitely going back to look again .

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Chris R who I feel went above an beyond to show us how to use our purchase.

Today I had lots of help from 2 very helpful and friendly staff members called Susan and May. Susan took me through a range of jackets explained there purpose and what they are best for! May was a star also, she had her hands full and still took the time to get Susan to help me!

Both served me as I was leaving, big smiles, very nice people. And that always makes a shopping experience that bit better!

Absolutely fantastic, Robbie E was extremely attentive and gave amazing advice.

Looking at tents today and comparing pole tents to inflatable tents both Ross C and Chris R took time to go through options and different features . Both were very pleasant, helpful and patient and at no time did I feel pressurised in time or to make a purchase. Both knowledgeable, approacgable and so id recommend a visit to clydebank go outdoors if your looking for any camping equipment. .

I was trying to purchase a specific make,size and length of trousers. I couldn't find what I was looking for so a member of staff checked the system. The system indicated there was one on stock and so a hunt was on and eventually found what I wanted.

We went to Coatbridge store first to collect our tents , unfortunately they only had 1 so we called the Clydebank store and a nice man called Chris P answered and put by a tent for us to come and collect. When we arrived we were met with a very smiley girl called Sophie G who was lovely and saw that we got our tent. It was very kindly brought out by a lovely boy called Ross C who carried it out on his back like it was a feather (it was a Zenobia 800 eclipse) so not a small tent but he was happy to bring it out all with a big smile on his face. All in all a lovely experience made by lovely members of staff.

We went to purchase a life jacket. Served by Susan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and support.
