Shopping for some outdoor gear
Went in to buy some equipment today - Isla and Malala could not have been more friendly or helpful. From start to finish our whole shopping experience was excellent because these two great ladies not only helped with sound advice, but were friendly and very cheerful - They need a pay rise

Excellent service but store layout poor.
Service was excellent but I was disappointed about the layout of the store. I was looking for a waterproof jacket, but instead of finding them grouped together to better compare like with like, each stand held a mixture of items (eg trousers, jackets, fleeces). The jacket I eventually bought was hung on the wall, barely visible and hard to reach behind a different item
