We visited the Inverness store today…
We visited the Inverness store today and my partner brought a pair of walking trousers ready for his “3 peaks” venture, we aren’t from around the area and at first couldn’t find the fitting rooms, however a lovely lady helped us with what we needed and then once at the till I mentioned that I had just signed up online for a membership with Go Outdoors, Alison was fab and explained the process of the membership and even let me know that in future it is better to get a membership in store as online process takes upto 3 weeks, we are overly satisfied with the service we received and would shop here again. Can’t fault the place or the staff especially Alison who was a pleasure to be served by. Thanks all☺️.

Very helpful staff and amazing value
Fabulous customer service from Makayla at the Inverness city centre store today. Went out of her way to find the right item for my son. Prices were amazing. We ended up buying one in the next size up too!
