Simon was so helpful
Simon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we bought two bikes for my wife and me. We have a toddler and needed a kids seat and he explained the saftey systems, pros and cons of different bikes, and he found us a great fit for how we plan on using them. They offer free check-in tune up in the first 6 weeks which is good value.

Always my go-to for camping stuff
Visited Ancoats store to make a return (item wasn’t faulty, was just too big for my camping crate), and buy some new ice packs and fuel canisters. Was served by Craig, who was incredibly helpful with the return and recommended alternatives; and also didn’t laugh at me when I subsequently lost my house keys somewhere in the car park.

Really great store that kitted us out…
Really great store that kitted us out with everything we need for our camping festival. The staff were all super helpful and Craig was especially great in helping us apply our voucher after our purchase after we forgot to use it.

I went in with no idea what i needed to…
I went in with no idea what i needed to convert my cadac safari chef to a portable gas cylinder. Joe was amazingly helpful . Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure I didn't purchase items that might not be useful in the endeavour to create some sort of a connection for my appliance . He managed to sort me out with patience and politeness. Above and beyond. Thanks to Joe we can now enjoy a proper nosh up on our camping holiday next week .
Also to Craig at the pay desk who was polite and helped me pack my goods .
Great service start to finish .. I never know how big this store was either..it huge!well done and thanks again Joe .

Great staff
Although the order I came to pick up was not suitable, with the help of the staff both on the till and in the footwear area, I was able to find an alternative and they processed the refund for me. In this day and age, I found their exceptional customer service a refreshing change.
