My wife and I were shopping for city walking shoes. Stewart in the shoe department was brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. What great service. Needless to say but we left with 2 pairs of shoes. Thank you Stewart and Go Outdoors 👍🏻

Simran was fast and efficient when helping me make my purchase. She helped me setup a member card too so I could save money.

Spencer helped us on the tills when we had an issue with our membership. He could see we had multiple.memberships as we have had the same issue before (membership not being found) he helped set uo again with something that would stop the issue happening the future.
Really helpful and really patient.

Fabulous advice from John on tent purchase, really helpful friendly guy! Found the tent we wanted but it was out of stock in pudsey he reserved one in Leeds for us and helped us buying chairs etc. lovely to meet such a helpful and friendly member of staff!

Brilliant customer service at Go outdoors today with Jason helping buy my son his DofE gear. He kitted him out with great expertise and patience. He really listened to our thoughts around cost and sorted all that we needed. Would highly recommend 😊

I went to Go Outdoors looking for a new backpack. After a few moments looking an assistant called Jono came over to help. He explained the difference types of packs, pros, cons and was very helpful, even putting some weight in the packs to emulate a full pack. I ended up buying a RAB 30 litre pack and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I really appreciated Jono's knowledge and advice and would recommend these guys. :)

I called into the Pudsey store as the website showed they had a rucksack I was interested in. There was indeed one only on display. As I was looking over the item I found an open zip which ‘seemed’ broken. I found Kat the manager and she explained why it wasn’t damaged. Kat went to the cycling dept and brought some wire to use a brilliant technique to close the zip. Super helpful. I went back to the luggage display and Jason approached me to offer more advice. He found a pre packed sack to put in the rucksack so I could wear and fit it with weight in. Once again really helpful and assured me I was buying a pack that fit my back length and was super comfortable once on. A great product at a fantastic price and a shopping experience made all the better thanks to helpful friendly knowledgeable staff.

Oscar went out of his way to give top quality service and advice. Will definitely shop here again.

Kevin was the staff member on site. I tried several pairs of boots on and he dealt with me patiently and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, with me and all the customers around us and even showed me different ways of tying my laces as I am a newbie to buying walking boots. My husband also bought some boots. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I paid £5 for the yearly membership and received great discounts on my purchases. I don’t know her name but the girl that initially served us on the tills was friendly and very helpful also. It was a very successful visit.

Simran the young woman who served me today was very pleasant and efficient. She sorted out a refund on a returned item and then served me again, when I found an alternative jacket.

Had a great experience at the Pudsey store. Bought a bunch of camping gear and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout.

There was a really good range of equipment available, plenty of choice, and the prices were very reasonable too. Made it easy to get everything I needed in one trip.

Definitely a great place to pick up camping essentials, I’ll be coming back again for future gear.

The member of staff who served me (Leeds,Pudsey) was excellent, friendly and professional. I was disappointed to find that one of my recent purchases was a returned /damaged item that had been returned to the shop floor for sale. The product was a pair of gaiters which were torn and no longer fit for purpose. The refund was carried out without any fuss, I would happily recommend Go Outdoors.

I didn't receive an email telling me when my product was ready. There was a computer error. I was told this had happened with other customers as well. Then wasn't given all of my products so had to go back to the store to collect a missing parcel. Had ordered 2 pairs of trousers so was told both were in the same package but they had been packed as 2 separate parcels
