Fast becoming a favourite place to shop for my outdoor needs, always helpful and very aproachable and patient, Ann Marie was especially helpful and a credit to the company with good communication and a happy smile and willingness to help

I went in the store to look for walking boots. After selecting 4 pairs to try on I couldn't find a sales assistant so had to go back to the tills and ask there. A member of staff who was doing another job was quite polite and phoned another member of staff. I then saw the man he was phoning, propped up on a rail and talking to another memeber of staff. He came over at the request of his colleague. I asked to try the boots in my size. He said he could give me 2 of the pairs to try but the other 2 didn't come in my size so would I put them back. He presently brought me the 2 boxes of boots and put them on the seat. I had replaced the other 2 pairs. I tried on both pairs of boots , trying the ones I eventually bought , twice. The sales assistant was standing a few metres away and staring into space---he made no attempt to discuss the products at all , ask if I needed any more help or information about the products. I had the impression he couldn't care less whether I bought them or not. He didn't appear to have any manners!! When I had decided to buy one of the pairs I took them to the till without any reference to him at all ,as I felt annoyed. As there was a sale on I mihght have spent more time looking round the shop if he had been more interested in me as a customer. The young lady on the till--ABI was quite different, being polite , friendly, helpful informative and interested. It's a great shop --what a shame!

Simran was a excellent at customer service she provided us with all the information necessary and showed us how to get excellent discounts give this lady a pay rise immediately 😀

Denton is a real credit to the store, his knowledge of hiking and mountaineering boots, clothing, and equipment is outstanding and incredibly helpful.

Kieron is another credit to the team, and the manager was also amazing. Overall, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the visit a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Very helpful service from Denton and Kieran

The shop floor staff in the shoe department was extremely helpful, knowledgable, patient, friendly with a good sense of humour so we ended up buying 2 pairs of walking shoes, boots and lower cut ones plus a pair of trainers. The attendant saved us a lot of time trying on unsuitable shoes. Also appreciated the advice of trying on men shoes. We managed to get the last pair in the appropriate size. Also explanation how to care for the shoes bought was well received.

Visited the store today and received really good customer service from Tanita. I had telephoned the store before due to an issue with my membership card. Tanita was really helpful and sorted the issue quickly and then was super helpful and friendly when I visited the store to pick up my order. Thank you Tanita :)
