I received great service today when purchasing a backpack for an upcoming hiking holiday. Paul took the time to show me lots of options. My husband came in to buy footwear and Shirley at Worcester branch 2592 was excellent. Helpful, friendly and also helped him to save money, by signing him up to the go outdoors loyalty card. £5 for the year but saved him £25 on the product. I decided to buy a baseball cap and saved £10.

In the last two weeks
In the last two weeks, I have visited this store on two occasions. The first time was to make an enquiry which, although fruitless, was dealt with in a kind and informative manner by the duty assistant. Today, I had the good fortune to be assisted by a patient lady who ably assisted my search for new walking boots. No effort was spared and her customer service, provided to me, was exemplary.

As soon as I went through the doors at The Shambles, Worcester shop at least 3 staff said hello! A good acknowledgment. I bought what I needed and was served by SHIRLEY @ Worcs 2592. She was very helpful and told me about the benefits of having a discount card. I took one out and saved myself £35.00 on my purchase. Good to see good staff are still around.
