Extremely efficient and well run service.

Tyre fitting at home. Easy to book and came next day. Price was 50 cheaper than local tyre fitter! Halfords here 9am next day and fitted new tyre! Will use again especially if £50 cheaper than the local companies!

Terrible service from mobile tyre fitting service I received from Halfords but tyres been purchased from National Tyres.

I was very disappointed with the standard of workmanship. First they brought me van tyres instead of light car tyres and fitted to my car.I raised complaint and they agreed to bring the right tyres and replace them. The new/correct tyres were fitted, the wheels were not balanced correctly, resulting in vibration while driving. I have since rebalanced the wheels myself using my own wheel balancing machine and found that the previous balancing was incorrect. (I had to

In addition, my alloy wheels were scratched during the fitting process. I take great care of my vehicle, and the condition of my wheels is important to me, so it is extremely disappointing to see damage that was not present before the appointment.

Based on my experience, I do not believe the work was carried out to a professional standard. I expected trained technicians to balance the wheels correctly and to handle the alloy wheels with the appropriate care to avoid cosmetic damage.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter, review the standard of workmanship provided by the mobile fitter, and let me know what action you intend to take regarding both the poor wheel balancing and the damage to my alloy wheels.

Easy booking and payment online. Good availability of appointments. Technicans arrived early, rang ahead of time, very polite and professional.

Easy to use service. I got 2 tyres changed on my doorstep, which makes life easy for me. It was efficient and reliable. Ben the technician was friendly.

I will say, the tracking was rubbish as i had a slot of 8am-8pm but at 3pm it still said the van hadn't even left the depot, so I was unsure if it would even come. So I had to call and ask and the woman told me a rough time. It would make it easier if that was on the tracking than nothing at all.

Contacted the call centre and explained that I wanted to purchase four new tyres, but that these were going on to new rims, and that the TPMS valves would need to be transfered over from the old rims. Went through my order and booked accordingly. However when the engineer arrived on the day and I confirmed the requirement, first he said he had no time to do the TPMS valves and that it wasn't on his list. I explained that the call centre said this was included and after negative comments on his side I called the service centre to clarify the situation. On this occasion I was now told that I not only had to pay extra for the TPMS valves but that I will have to book another visit for which I will be charged. I asked the engineer if he will do the valves if I paid for it and he replied that on a good day he might, but he was not feeling well and not in a good mood, so not my lucky day (his words). To save further delays and cost, I said for him to just change the tyres on the existing rims. His attitude was poor. He was constantly swearing, blaming equipment, saying he hated working with run flat tyres, and did not take care of our property. It was not pleasant for me personally and I did not want to have much interaction with him. I was also embarrassed to have him working on my car in front my property. He was literally chucking the tyres and rims about without due care and attention for our property. He even disposed of the factory fitted valve caps and when I asked about it, his reasoning was that he didn't think I'd want them and I had to tell him so before he started work. When he finished, I stated I wasn't happy, and he just said "do what you have to do" and he left. So much for great service from Halfords. Will definitely not be having the mobile service again and this has severely tainted my vision of Halfords. Cannot recommend at all. Lot of money spent for an extremely poor experience all around.

I highly recommend this service. Having your tyres changed at home is incredibly convenient, especially if you work from home, have a busy schedule, or simply don't have time to visit a garage. It saves time, avoids the hassle of waiting around, and the whole process is quick and stress-free.

Convenient, fair price, technician had a good attitude. Didn't arrive with tyres ordered however the alt was as good, same price so ok.

The home service to fit tyres was easy to book and the fella that came out to do it was great.

I booked Halfords' mobile fitting service to install front and rear dash cams right on my driveway, and Mebin did an absolute top-class job.

He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional throughout, and took great care with the car. The installation itself is completely seamless—all the wiring is neatly tucked away with zero visible cables, looking just like a factory installation.

Before leaving, Mebin made sure to explain how everything worked, helped ensure the viewing angles were spot-on, and left everything tidy. Having the service done at home saved me so much hassle, and Mebin’s skill and attention to detail were second to none.

The technician came earlier after phoning me to ask me he came told me what he was going to do when finished he told me how to set up my inphone to set the dash camera

My appointment was booked for 13:00 for 4 tyres, advised to come 10 minutes early, I dropped my car at 12:50, came back at 14:30, my car was still outside, i asked them how long it will take they said rudely its a 1.2 hrs job, which was already passed, no word of apology, didnt even ask to sit, i went outside, waited, again came inside at 15:15, waited waited, mr choudhery went for a test drive on my car at 16:15, when he came back parked my car out, i went there to ask is it all finished he was hell of a rude and shouted 1 min pal,, i was given keys at 16:25, with no apologies, is this how you treat customers, today you lost my customs, gradually you will lose more, will never get back to them, local garages way better than them
