Joanne goes above and beyond to find what we are looking for, she knows exactly what we like and has never failed to find us a really lovely holiday.

Charlotte was amazing so efficient, made choosing a holiday easy . Very professional, friendly it was just a lovely experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Also what makes her special is that she listens and she understands what you are looking for and then gives to wide range of choice . She’s a real asset to hays

As always I wouldn't go anywhere else to book my holiday. Charlotte and the crew know what we like. This time was totally lost as to where to go after our holiday plans had changed last minute. Charlotte sat with us for over an hour very patiently looking and searching to come up with the perfect place. I was so relieved to get it sorted. This is why wr come back year after year! I was looking for my first cruise, and Joanne at Hays, Ashbourne, was so very helpful. I wanted a short cruise to Norway, and although we couldn’t find one to suit for 2026, we found an identical one for 2027. As a partially disabled passenger, I was naturally concerned about coping with a Rollater, but my fears were dispelled, and assured I would be well looked after. Thank you to Joanne.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, I just have a good rapport with Jo, so go to her for my holiday bookings. Nothing is too much effort for them. It’s a great experience booking a holiday, doesn’t feel forced. I’m going to use Hays for every holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and did us an upgrade so my daughter with learning disabilities good be in a cabin opposite us at no extra cost to our selves. The service was very good and the booking process was very easy.

I had done research myself on a holiday on Jersey. I went into Hays in Ashbourne and they managed to find a holiday for half the price. Flying from the same airport and staying at the same hotel. Staff were very helpful as always

We popped into our local branch on the hope to make enquires for our Summer 27 holiday we had a few destinations in mind, after chatting to Elise who gave us fantastic knowledge and advice we decided on the destination and booked, we always use our local Hays branch as all the staff are very knowledgeable, thank you Elise for all your advice and patience again.
