We went in Hayes twice. Th first time to discuss holiday's with offers. The lady was extremely informative, friendly and happy to spend time showing us options. She gave us brochures to look through. The following weekend we went back to book our forthcoming cruise with another lady. Once again, we couldn't fault the service
