Usual friendly helpful advice as this is our 4th holiday booked with the Ballymena branch of Hays in the last 6 months.

Efficient, helpful and friendly.

We went in 4 minutes before closing time at 1656 hrs. The girl I didn’t get her name was so helpful, she had our holiday booked and paid for in no time. She never rushed us and took her time to explain things to us. We were very pleased with the service that she provided. We saw her the next day again with our passports she Wes a credit to Hays travel.

The information supplied by the staff was excellent, she knew the resort when we first mentioned it. Everything was explained in detail.

Over all had an excellent experience, went in to book a 3 day break to liverpool the young lady was very helpful getting us sorted with hotel & flight giving us the best advice would not hesitate to go back again.

I booked our holiday with Hays Trvel after very good friends of ours had called into the shop. Our friends contacted us with the holiday details and said they were going ahead with the booking. All I had to do was contact Chloe, give her my details, and our friends name,as my friends had mentioned that we may also wish to book. I asked for exactly the same booking details. It took about 15 minutes. I received all holiday documents by emailed once I had paid the deposit.
Very impressed by the friendly and polite service.
