We have sat down twice with Katy when we have been in and she has honestly been fantastic. Found us great deals on disneyland paris and Orlando, plenty of great tips for our trips too.

Another fantastic experience booking with Hays Travel Barnsley. I went into the branch with details of a cruise I was interested in, and Clare managed to get me a great price that beat all the online searches I’d done beforehand.

I’ve been booking with Clare for a number of years now, and we’ve built a great friendly relationship. She always goes above and beyond to help and makes the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

Clare is always happy to answer any questions and follows up quickly by email or phone call if needed. Her customer service is second to none, and it’s reassuring to know she’s there if you need anything.

It’s nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about finding the best holiday for you. I always leave the shop with a smile on my face and feeling excited about my next trip.

The staff at Barnsley branch are the most helpful people I've met. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely happy with your booking and will continue to help with any enquiries afterwards. You can bob in anytime.

We were met at the front of the shop with a friend day welcome. After been directed to Louise's desk, Louise listened to what we were hoping for and did a few searches till she found us the perfect holiday. Louise explained everything as she went along.

Problems with computer systems ,meant we were instore over an hr trying to complete our insurance booking.
The lack of instore system meant i had to leave the store at least four times to get a signal .
