Very friendly Staff in the Barnsley branch
We t in yesterday and booked a cruise ,staff were very friendly, when I got home realised my cabin had obstructed views. Went back into branch this morning spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it out in no time couldn't have had better service .Thank you Barnsley

Doulla was amazing
Doulla was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable, listened to our needs, gave us advice on each of the hotels we were looking at. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She offered practical advice that helped us decide on our final destination. She made the booking process easy .

Helpful staff and easy booking process
I enjoyed booking my holiday to Portugal with Hays Travel. Terry was brilliant in finding me the right hotel, which is not too far from the town centre and the nature reserve. She really went the extra mile for me.
The booking process was easy and Terry and other staff members were polite, friendly and very helpful.
