The service was very good and we received the help we needed in booking travel, a hotel and foreign exchange.
We do think it would be helpful if your team was familiar with the hotels before they are recommended. In our experience the charge for the hotel we went to was about 3 times higher than what would be reasonable for the hotel stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good but the lift does not work, there was no air conditioning, and the hotel needs a complete refurbishment as per previous reviews.
