Always book through Hays in Bolton as they are very knowledgeable. The branch staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Claire and Sarah who we have dealt with on numerous occasions. Everything was expertly explained and carried out without any fuss. I had a location and an hotel already in mind so the booking was arranged at a slightly lower price than previous quotes. Beth any also helped me arrange travel insurance. All good .

We’ve now booked four cruises through Hays Travel and Sarah, and every experience has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
We had several different dates throughout the year that we wanted to explore, and Sarah made the whole process incredibly easy. She clearly explained all the available options, with pricing structured transparently so we could easily compare what worked best for us. This included flights, transfers, the cruise itself, and any additional stay-overs where required.

Gemma rang me to help me book a cruise holiday we had discussed a couple of weeks earlier. She was very informative and helpful helping me choose a cabin.
