The member of staff was so good helped with all the things I had forgot about. Very friendly and great knowledge.

Also gave me information of what was going on in the area and best part of the area to stay.

Used Hays to book a holiday a few years ago and was dealt with very professionally. Passing a different branch 2.5 years ago, noticed a great deal for a cruise (lots of special events happening late 2025/early 2026), so we went in and booked it there and then. Virtually every week I was in asking something about the cruise, being first time cruisers and was always dealt with very professionally. Cruise has now past. On our return, we went to Hays and asked if there was another cruise for 2 years time another couple of big events then. We had had a quote while on the ship - (felt as though it was as quick as they could get rid of you as if they had scripted what to say). Again, Fiona sat with us, did a bit of research on our behalf and managed to get us something we wanted and could afford, albeit on a different P&O ship. Fantastic service.

The experience was pleasant and were given lots of choices.

The travel agency provided excellent advice and recommended a travel money app, which made managing money abroad much easier.
