A very helpful lady called Diane helped my sister and I book our holiday, she was very thorough and patient ensuring we got exactly what we were looking for.

Brilliant service. I needed help booking various flights to/from the USA. The agent, Fiona, made it appear so seamless and we agreed and booked my flights within 15 mins max. I left Hays feeling less stressed and delighted. Great service

First time I have booked with Hays Travel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We went in only knowing we wanted a Cruise as soon as possible. We came out with everything fully booked including flights. Even the luggage won't be seen until we are on board the boat. We have never had quite such service and inclusive bookings. We went in to just see what was available and were looked after by Laura her friendly charm and knowledge was amazing she only wanted what was best and suited us highly recommend Laura she's the type of person that will make you go back and back very professional and certainly knows her stuff as it was a last minute holiday Laura made sure we left with everything we needed all we need to do is pack our bags and go the airport highly recommend Hays especially with staff like Laura

Went in just for price and chat Michaela was so friendly and knowledgeable even when we totally changed our opinion on a holiday it was no problem to her . Stopped in a Hays Braehead and we were met by Dianne, who was extremely welcoming and when we were discussing our own plans and expectations for a holiday, she was so relaxed, making us feel extremely comfortable. Dianne was extremely knowledgeable and was able to use this to compare our previous experiences abroad with a similar booking by to help us vision what we would be getting. The whole experience of booking from start to finish was great. Dianne even asked if we wanted to go away and think about the booking before committing to anything. Fantastic experience.
