The young lady who dealt with our hoiliday enquiry was very helpful and knowledgeable. She applied no pressure whatsoever.

Sarah was very thorough in in finding a holiday to suit our requirements. Once we settled on a holiday she was quick with all the paperwork, answering all our questions demonstrating good knowledge.

Great experience. Fiona wylie was very knowledgeable in telling us the best places to go with the kids.
Would 100% recommend and we were delighted with our experience at hays braehead.

I was more than impressed with the effort Jocelyn put into our attempt to book our cruise. She was engaging and professional in every way. As was Aiyisha who stepped in to take over as her collegue was past the end of her shift, had a family commitment and we didn’t want to leave until everything wast completed. 10 out of 10 for both !!!

I normally deal with another travel agent. There shop was closed and we happened to see a holiday in the window. Entered shop and was met by Jocelyn she was very informative and engaging. Answered every question a real pleasure to deal with and credit to your branch

In a word the thing that made our experience at Hays so good was June. After a wee chat she understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered.

June was very attentive, she listened to our concerns and found us an excellent honeymoon within our budget and matching all our expectations

Sarah at Braehead, Renfrew, was very patient with my daughter and me when we were booking our first cruise. We fancied a cruise to the fjords but so few of these leaving from Scotland to suit our dates in May. Wouldn't dream of making our way to Southampton to sail North again! So decided on a Med. cruise. Glasgow to Palma to join ship then some interesting ports of call. Fingers crossed. Thank you, Sarah. You went above and beyond and I'm sure you must've missed your lunch break!
