Got the Holiday I wanted and at a good price And the staff very Helpful

Really friendly staff and I knew what I wanted. Really appreciated the knowledge of what I would get and printed out all the paperwork that I needed for my holiday.

We booked our honeymoon to Mexico and had an excellent experience. First time using Hays travel as we usually book ourselves online. Will certainly be back again in future. Sarah was very helpful throughout.

The staff are all very friendly when walking in the shop, they don’t hound you. The staff member we dealt with was helpful and managed to get us the holiday we wanted at an affordable price, which as a family of 5 is great. Nothing is ever a bother, this is the 3rd time we have used Hays and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every holiday has been seamless and informative. It now has an app you can use which makes communication a lot easier. We used the debit card with them too and it was amazing! And the app easy to use. Would highly recommend !

Went to shop to book holiday had seen on hays Facebook the girls went threw everything with us and offered extras to enhance holiday which we took set up direct debit to pay holiday off with ease handed us the paperwork Caribbean cruise 14 night booked so easy thanks

Like before when we booked our cruise we got great service and with Michaela she covered every option that we asked for and some we did not so that extra info and insight was valuable to us and that secured the booking
