The importance of dealing with real people
I really appreciated the friendliness and competence of the staff, Adele and Charley. they explained things I hadn't even thought of and could have led to costly mistakes if I had arranged my booking on line. I much prefer to deal with people in this way rather than using websites.

Already having our holiday decided when we entered the shop, the process to book it was simple. Our assistant Poppy was quick and efficient. Very polite and professional, it all happened in a short time .very pleased.
