Ceri was very knowledgeable and explained the holiday options clearly and was not pushy, the booking process was quick and easy and we are looking forward to our holiday in 3 weeks time

Excellent service and knowledge of the holiday I was booking. Gave me options to choose from which was very helpful in my final decision. Every step explained to me so I understood exactly what the booking was and what I needed to know. I booked the holiday as a surprise for my wife. I was told this was a 4 star hotel, more 2 to 3. The hotel reception was rude on arrival, when asked about all inclusive history response was, it's not the Carribbean!! No help with luggage to room, room dirty, hair in bed, human waste on curtain, bathroom shabby. Not at tall happy with what I was sold.
