We booked our honeymoon recently, staff were so friendly, took time to show us places, read reviews of places we liked & asked about our wedding too. Charlotte booked our honeymoon for us she was lovely, so friendly and also recommended places to visit while we are away in Mexico. Thank you x

Felt very happy when phoned
Felt very happy when phoned. Gave me all details which matched wot I wanted.
Went to shop seen Diane who spoke to me on phone. Went threw holiday details. Agreed wit I wanted so I paid.
Atmosphere very pleasant, friendly advice, documents explained, all paper work like tickets transfers,hitel all explained.
I would recommend hays travel to family and friends. Thank you for your help x
