Very happy and positive experience and would recommend to others
The experience of booking a special holiday for mine and my husbands 50th birthdays next year has been a very easy process. Your staff were very helpful and approachable. We explained what we wanted and when and Isabel sorted out all the details for us to take away and think about. I returned the following week to book it and pay the deposit, sorry I didn’t catch the name of your staff member who sorted this for me but again, she was very helpful and friendly.

Overcharging by £250, not nice !!
Went in to the shop and booked a Jet2 holiday & paid for it….very happy until I was messaged through the app from jet 2 offering the same identical holiday same dates £250 cheaper less than 24 hours after booking.
“Caveat emptor” do your research properly before going into store, Hayes Travel slippery bunch first & last experience..

Amazing, wouldn’t trust any other travel agent…
The customer service and care Hays travel offer is unmatched. I have booked 2 x USA trips through them now, as I find multi trips quite difficult to arrange myself and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to book my holidays and get everything right! Special mention to Wendy & Jenni who assisted me in planning a bucket list trip to Texas in 2026 I couldn’t have planned it without them!! I will continue to use Hays Bury to book my holidays moving forward, not just multi destinations but single holidays too as they definitely find the best deals and offers for car hire. Nothing was too much for them despite me wanting to make lots of amendments. I highly recommend booking holidays via hays travel they are an amazing group :) thank you again

Fantastic Service!!
Wendy was absolutely fantastic with us yesterday whilst booking our first family holiday! She compared prices across all holiday providers and found us the best deal in a place we hadn’t even thought of looking! She kept my 5 year old son involved too and really made booking our first holiday a breeze!

We knew where and which hotel we wanted. It was the finer details we needed help with. We told the agent what we wanted and she sorted it. We were in and out of the shop within 30 mins all booked.
