Fantastic service and friendly, helpful staff
What an amazing holiday booking experience! Jo and Evita were so helpful and friendly and with all their discounts. We ended up paying much less than if we had booked it ourselves at home. We will definitely recommend Hayes Travel to others and will certainly book any future holidays with them. Five stars all the way!

Always polite, friendly and courteous. Our Chelmsford branch has a lovely bunch of staff who we have got to know very well. We are recognised each time we walk past and we get a friendly wave. They are all very knowledgeable and maintain their professionalism as well as keeping that down to earth friendly manner. Always a joy to deal with and to ask any questions however silly they may be.
