Hays Travel - Cheltenham Reviews 

I booked a holiday to Sydney over Christmas. The staff in the Cheltenham branch were really knowledgeable and helpful : they helped me to get the right flights, with convenient connections.

The agent was extremely helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure to do business.

The assistant was happy to listen to all my questions.

Hays are always very helpful when you are looking at holidays . They discuss what you would like and look at cost and availability.They print out information for you

Ashley thought of everything, so helpful, it was a real pleasure working with her and Hays travel. The other staff were also very good because even when Ashley was not there they were always very helpful. There were one or two hiccups initially but all was corrected very efficiently. Thank you.
