The young lady who served us was so lovely. Best customer service ever! She came across very excited for us and she made us feel comfortable with her gorgeous smile. The young lady was also familiar with cruising and this made us feel complacent about our choice.

Just great service from a delightful assistant who really couldn't do enough to help.
Grace, who'd declared she was an apprentice, was clearly still very experienced and capable, and where she did encounter a process she hadn't seen before, she didn't guess or bluff it out but rather sought clarification so as to make sure she only passed on correct and useful information.
At the time, she was also juggling a call to another office for which she'd been on hold for ages; it really wouldn't have reasonable to expect her to lose her place in the queue and she politely explained her position to both us and her on-hold caller and progressed both tasks with minimal fuss.

Much kudos to Grace for tolerating our vagaries and lack of certainty!

The staff in Hays Chippenham are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. We book all our travel with them and I would not want to go elsewhere.
