Lily was so friendly and very patient she went through lots of holidays to find us the right place. She smiled and made us very comfortable we was made to feel at ease and was able to ask her to go backwards and forward with the choices on offer. The lady who sorted out our holiday booking was extremely helpful and patient with us . She was efficient and checked everything before she completed the booking .

Jade was absolutely brilliant in helping with our requested rooms and assistance requirements nothing was too much trouble she explained flight times and help with my grandaughter who has a hidden disability she tole us we could pick up a lanyard at the airport for her. We will use Hayes Travel in future great staff 👍
