We met a lovely lady in the Coleraine branch who told us that she had just completed her training with your company but secured our booking with a Newmarket USA tour. She was charming/ chatty /informative but when she wasn’t sure of any aspect of the booking she double checked with another colleague that everything was as it should be. Happy with our experience and wish her well in her new career
