From i first spoke to Beth on the phone from Coleraine shop, i knew i was going back to them. When we met face to face she was brilliant and talked us through our opotions of cruises. She was so helpful andade us soo relaxed. This is our 2nd cruise in a year. For someone that never thought they would cruise i wouldnt go any other holiday now. We are doing Greek islands this time round in May.

Friendly & Professional
We have booked all of our holidays, including our Honeymoon, via Hays Travel. The staff are professional and very friendly.
On this occasion, we called in to renew our travel insurance and were served by the, ever-smiling, Promise. It certainly made paying for insurance a lot more paletable.
