The young lady who delt with us
The young lady who delt with us, Nicole, although new to the job was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked two holidays with her she explained everything to us in a way we new and understood everything.

Even the man at cash exchange asked if I wanted a hot drink.

City break to Marrakech
My sister and I wanted a holiday to Marrakech and my sister had looked on line and got a price from Booking.com. However I went to Hays in Crosby as I know how efficient they are. Macy checked out the prices and was able to sort the booking out giving us a good deal. She was so efficient and helpful. We wanted flights with different airlines - Jet 2 on the outward journey and easyJet coming back and she sorted this out for us. We wanted a quiet, twin room which she requested and emailed the hotel for us. A reply was sent back within a couple of days acknowledging her request. Thank you to Macy for all her help and support.
