Excellent customer service
I have recently used Hayes Dalton Park to pre register and subsequently booking a future cruise. On both occasions the staff, and I can only remember Caitlin, have been exceptional, making sure everything I wanted was booked, quoted for etc etc. Genuinely very friendly, helpful and listened to my needs and met them exactly. This is the second booking with this team and I did so due to the excellent service I received on my first!

Went to branch to explore 2028 P&O cruises, ended up booking a 2027 P&O cruise! Agent David Taylor was excellent, taking time to explore & explain all options. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!
