The commitment given from Joan in the Dunoon branch to find us the best deal for our upcoming trip to Bali next year.
I had emailed Joan prior to going in and asked her to look into a holiday for my husband and myself to Bali. Joan emailed me several options to choose from. The booking of the holiday was straight forward and any questions we had were answered. We had a good giggle in the shop as well .Joan booked our previous holiday last year for us and when booking holidays in the future we will book through Joan.
