All the staff here are excellent! We have booked a last minute holiday after 3 months of changing destination,, dates and type of accommodation! Throughout Lola has been quick to respond to all our queries and very patient with our dillydallying.
Declan completed our booking quickly and efficiently answering all our last minute concerns.
A big thanks to Lisa also, who welcomed us as old friends having served us well for over 10 years .Would highly recommend

I had seen a deal online and emailed details across asking for a quote from Hays.
In the end, all six of us going on the cruise went into the branch to ask questions and book. Declan was very patient and helpful and we got the holiday we wanted at a good price.

Tina, who helped us select and book a Rhine cruise was brilliant. Thorough, easy to talk to and happy to explain and answer questions, she even booked us a holiday direct with the company over the phone, as what we wanted wasn't showing on the computer.

Being welcomed in such a warm and friendly manner always by the staff in Hays Travel Eastbourne. Feeling very valued as a customer and receiving exemplary customer service always. Our advisor was Tina who really went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we were hoping for, which we did.
