When she dealt with me and my friend she was also very professional and very helpful.The hotel we wanted wasn't it the shearings brochure but we found it on Facebook and she took all the details and managed to book it for us. Yet again, Lisa came up trumps with booking a holiday for us whilst we were out of the country! We had given her our request of hotel, type of room, possible dates and she kindly investigated for us as soon as the holiday was released.
