The service delivered was excellent with full attention to the needs of the customer.
In my experience, I achieved a fully booked Caribbean cruise for a solo passenger, flying from my local airport and booked onto Premier economy seats.
The service advisor was so helpful and even used the deck plans to pre book my cabin of choice. They also offered a low deposit & I set up direct debit payments for my holiday ( Xmas & New Year 2027).
All done over the phone & use of their secure payment app.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us from start to finish.

I booked a trip to the USA for myself and my two sons. One of my sons has additional needs so it is very important that either I or my other son sit with him on flights. I was told this had been arranged for all flights. However on on line check in which can only be done 24hrs in advance. It emerged that all three of us were in different parts of the aircraft for the 9.5 hour flight to the US from Heathrow. I attempted to resolve this with British airways but was told the flight was full. A very kind passenger changed seats with me so the issue was resolved. I have reached out to Hays travel with my experience from the US. However I have had no reply. I will use an alternative travel agent in the future

Amelia at fulwell branch is always super helpful, especially after she went that extra mile after we'd had a bit of a disaster on our last holiday to lanzarote. Not hays travels fault just to make it clear.

Kirsty made our holiday booking very stress free. We did not feel pressured to accept anything other than the holiday she helped us select. She took time to look at the best deal for us and secured an excellent hotel and flights with great times.
