Hays Travel - Halesowen Reviews 

We went in not sure of exactly what we wanted and what options were available Mia listened and gave us the time and space to consider the information she provided. She was friendly and knowledgeable and so patient (as we are not the most decisive of couples). We were able to relax as we were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed choice which made for a very positive experience. We were very, very impressed and so pleased we had gone into the Halesowen branch. All of the staff in branch that day were lovely. We came out of the branch so excited at booking the holiday of a life time. The service from Mia was 1st class and we would highly recommend Mia. We would certainly go back to book through Hayes again.

Update on our review, Victoria called to apologise and we discussed our concerns. I did say we would have bought our spending money with Hays for our cruise this year, but after the unsettling visit previously we have bought elsewhere. Was also looking at a trip for 2027, but we will have to think about whether we book through Hays. However I have amended from 3 stars to 4 as the effort to rectify the situation has been made.

had to pay more than on tui site,bought our passports to check in and told we have to do it ourselves on line am 77 years old don’t do on line that’s why i come to you,asked if i have to order euros and told no went to get my euros and was told only had 5euro notes. not impressed with the service XxX

Had young lady named Mia,she was determined to find me a holiday and she did.She has such patience,very polite and friendly.

The staff member was very patient, trying different options for us as my friend and I wanted single rooms which are, at such short notice, difficult to find.

Always book with Jet2 holidays through Hays travel shop in Halesowen. Always found them patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Looking forward to my next holiday I've just booked with them. Victoria sorted my holiday for me. J Foley.

We have always used Haynes Travel to book all our needs for our holidays, why ? Because we have only found them to be helpful and very patience in helping us choose our holidays. The staff are helpful and very professional and have knowledge to help us choose. And they are very tolerant of us wanting to go through loads of holiday sites…….thank you to them all

Mike was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. His first hand experience and knowledge of the resort and hotel were first class. While we were in the shop I watched him interact with other customers and he was the same with them. He's brill. We will be booking with Hays again, for sure. Brilliant experience.
