Fantastic service
Well I rang a lady called Courtney on Sunday to to see if you had a hotel that I wanted to stay in , she was very helpful and talked me through a few things and had what I was looking for nothing was too much trouble at all , so on the Monday after work I went into the shop and booked it she was very friendly and professional and her knowledge was amazing, I will certainly book my holidays with your company again 😊

Nicole was very personable who immediately put me at ease.
Her recommendations were extremely valuable as I have never been on a cruise before or even a solo holiday and she explained all my options with the knowledge of actually having done cruising before herself.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Grace was brilliant on the phone and email amd sent me some good quotes very quickly. When we came into book Ellie dealt with us. Very friendly and chatty. A lovely feel in store even though it was very busy Ellie gave us plenty of time to talk through things and took a genuime interest.

I called in to see what hays could offer and after some reasonable time and a very polite young assistant that greeted me as soon as I walked I left with a very positive response and a great holiday package booked including good flight times and seats that I was looking for

I dealt with 2 members of staff
I dealt with 2 members of staff, Daisy and Thalia and both were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find flights and a hotel in Dublin for the weekend. Thalia took me though the booking and helped me access the Ryanair app. that I needed in order to locate my boarding passses.
