Pleasant staff but not very good info.
Pleasant staff, OK but not especially well informed about location and communication between staff not that reliable. My hotel was severely deficient and they should have been aware of this. (date of my booking a bit approximate)

I have never booked a holiday on my own
I have never booked a holiday on my own, my daughter normally does it. I was very nervous. The minute I walked into Hays the staff were warm and friendly and made me very welcome. Aimee was very helpful and got the exact holiday I was looking for.
She had patience of a saint.
nothing was to much trouble. Definitely will be using Hays again.
