Great team and the lovely girl Machaela (Myla) was brilliant. All the team at the shop were so friendly and helpful. Myla did all the booking for me as well as advice on travel insurance. Won’t hesitate to book again with you.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The lady that dealt with us was superb. Was above and beyond in sorting our flights out and helping us with other queries about holidays we are thinking of taking.
We have been coming to Hays and Thomas Cook before Hays took over this branch for years and are always pleased with the service.

What a wonderful experience. We were treated to cups of tea and given so much time to decide on our Cruise 2025.
