Ellie was friendly efficient and knowlegable new exactly what to do and answered all questions the only downside was the air conditioning was not on

Such a lovely welcome. When we walked in to keynsham.Jess was so helpful, explained and worked everything for us, as booking a cruise for 4 of us would gave have been confusing, but Jess did everything for us. Thank you so much.

A warm smile when went into shop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to book my cruise on dates wanted. All was explained to me about holiday plus what else I needed like travel insurance. Had a point out of holiday. Great service and will continue to use Hays.

We came in to book a holiday the lady sorry can not remember her name very pretty lady with blonde curler hair.she recommended going to Greece so she sorted out everything for us both .so very helpful exelant customer service very polite and went the extra mile to find us a 5 star all inclusive holiday .we are going the 10th of June. So thank u so much. very excited for are holiday x.
