Hays Travel - Killingworth Reviews 

I recently visited Hays Travel looking for advice on a cruise from New Zealand to Australia, and Stephanie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I went in with only a rough idea of what I wanted, and she took the time to find the perfect cruise, along with the flights, making the whole process completely stress-free.

Stephanie provided such lovely, personal and friendly service throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. Everything is now booked and I’m so excited for the trip. Thank you again for all your help — I would highly recommend Stephanie and Hays Travel to anyone looking to book their next holiday.

Stephanie. Killingworth branch of hays … went over and above to help us book and she also arranged our seats as both so us are disabled ,Stephanie arranged welfare taxis ..Tui.. my partner wasn’t very well ….medically. during our booking the staff and Stephanie again was on the ball immediately with out a second thought class water and a biscuit was provided with in no time ..100%. Recovery. Phew Thank you. Hayes I will be in to see you to show our thanks again today….

Stephanie was very helpful and patient when making the booking. She kept me informed when the booking changed and gave advice what to do to make the booking work. Nothing was a problem.

Being a first time cruiser me and my wife found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful and set up the hays money card for me as well which I feel is a great way of using your foreign currency abroad just like using your cards at home .
I know if I have any questions or problems, I can go straight into the store and speak to Julie or Stephanie and they would sort out my problems if I had any.
Had such a lovely cruise we have booked up again for next year bring it on

I wasn't sure where we wanted to go, I just knew where we didn't want to go. We wanted an early morning flight, preferably a weekend but not essential, somewhere hot & sunny. Julie took her time exploring all the options that were available, different airlines, hotels and locations. She was patient & extremely knowledgeable about various locations & we eventually settled on a 4* all inclusive in Ibiza
