Lady who dealt with the my holiday was very efficient along with the other two ladies in branch who were also very helpful.

First time booking a holiday, I was very nervous. Rebecca at the Leeds briggate branch was very helpful, polite and patient.
She answered every question I had. Really put me at ease and we had a bit of a laugh. She let me have a bit of time to think about whether I was wanting to book the holiday, which she didn't have to do. In the end I decided to put a deposit on the holiday and Rebecca took me through all extra details that needed to be done. All in all I had a great experience and would gladly book another holiday through Hays travel.
