The whole experience has been completely stress free with the odd giggle along the way. Claire is an absolute credit to your company.

As always Llantwit Major staff are extremely helpful, in particular Claire who goes above and beyond to guide and support in finding an affordable holiday. She goes out of here way to look into all possible options and destinations and does so in a friendly way.

Claire was absolutely fantastic at booking my holiday quickly and also done a price match for me aswell which is brilliant. Was in there less than half an hour and I got exactly what I wanted.

Always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They have always tried to find the best deal, usually cheaper than doing it yourself and so much quicker and easier.

Absolutely fantastic service from the ladies at Llantwit Hays, in particular Lacey. I was trying to book a large group booking to Florida with lots of changes and swaps to accommodate different ages and needs, but all the staff tried their very best to get me the holiday that was perfect and for the best price possible which has resulted in me booking our perfect holiday with them. They are very responsive to emails and Nothing was too much trouble even when things kept changing, so a big thumbs up from me and my family.
