I WAS LOOKING TO BOOK A CRUISE I HAD SEEN IN ANOTHER COMPANY'S CATALOGUE AND WANTING TO RETURN TO DEALING WITH THE HAY'S OFFICE WITH WHOM I HAD DEALT IN THE PAST AFTER A MESSY EXPERIENCE WITH ROL. IT WAS LIKE RETURNING TO A FAMILY BUSINESS RATHER THAN A LARGE INSTITUTION.

Couldn’t fault my visit. I went into the branch with something of an idea of a holiday location and came away with a good package , not bad considering the loose specifications I’d presented. There again the ladies in Llantwit Major , in my experience, consistently go the extra mile

All the staff in Llantwit Major are so pleasant and informative. One thing that has been really great to my sister and I ( we live 180 miles apart) is that we can both go to our local Hays travel and the staff at both branches ensure that we are both looked after and our holiday bookings go smoothly.
